Camps Bay - Villa Geneva, 4 Bedrooms ensuite

This house style is modern contemporary, and was completed in May 2014.
All flooring inside is oak wooden flooring and carpets, with the outside being star granite oversized tiles, blau wooden decking and astro turf around the pool.

Teher is an extra bedroom/ play room for kids, possible arrange extra sleeping, accommodation on request.

Rates include house keeping min 5 times per week

The pool is a nice large size with a glass rim-flow edge and a glass window that looks in to the entrance way staircase. The house has 4 en suite bedrooms, a very small play room that can be a bedroom if needed in emergencies (but not unless it is vital, and this bedroom will have no designated bath room but only the guest toilet).

The scullery is equipped with all the household amenities including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
We have a house sitter that lives in the domestic quarters if there are any questions when the tenants rent the house but she has her own entrance.

The outside area has a wooden dining table with sun loungers and white complementary exterior lounge furniture. These are all situated undercover for indoor outdoor entertainment. The stack doors and opens up to create inside outside flow between both areas.

There is air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living room areas.
The kitchen has a new 5 plate SMEG gas oven and stove.

The 3 garages have space for three cars but only one will be available for the guests. There is however ample off street parking for 6 cars.
